Luxurious villa for six, with pool & wonderful views Sainte-Maxime golf domaine, Côte d’Azur.  Welcome to Bohème - a lovely Provençal villa which can accommodate up to six people. It has been beautifully furnished and equipped for truly relaxing self-catering holidays in luxurious surroundings.

Bohème is situated in Sainte-Maxime in the prestigious "Golf Domaine" and has wonderful views of both the golf course and Sainte-Maxime beyond. The town and its many amenities are just a kilometre away, as are the Sainte-Maxime marina and the beautiful beach of "La Nartelle", notably one of the best beaches on the Côte d’Azur. Set in the peaceful surroundings of Sainte-Maxime’s gated golf domaine, Bohème is superbly located on the hillside above the golf course, with marvellous views of the Golfe de St-Tropez and the surrounding hills.

Bohème is a traditional, two-storey, Provençal villa with three bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom. The villa accommodates up to six people in comfort and style, with many homely touches and luxurious extras, including wireless broadband internet access. With underfloor heating and air-conditioning, Bohème is ideal for holidays all year round

Accommodation:

Automatic gatessecure the entrance to Bohème and the drive leads to a parking area, a garage and the villa. A 300-year-old oak front door opens into Bohème’s elegant entrance hall.

The spacious, open-plan living room has a very comfortable sitting area with a "Louis" fireplace, a 42" high-definition plasma TV ("Pioneer") with full SKY package and a fully integrated entertainment system (DVD, CD and an interface for your own MP3 devices). Wireless broadband internet access is provided in a separate study.

The dining area has a vaulted ceiling and is furnished with an antique walnut table & chairs for 6 people. The adjacent kitchen has been equipped to a very high standard with a built-in oven & integral coffee machine, a microwave, an induction ceramic hob, a dishwasher and a fridge/freezer. The basement laundry room has a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an ironing board and an iron.

From the living room, French windows open out onto a large terrace, which overlooks a heated "infinity" swimming pool (10m x 5m) and has wonderful views of the golf course and Bohème’s Mediterranean garden. The terrace catches the sun all day long and is equipped with comfortable sunloungers and luxurious rattan sofas.

Part of the terrace is covered and has an adjacent summer kitchen with a built-in barbecue. The terrace provides welcome shade from the midday sun and has been equipped with quality garden furniture. It is the perfect spot for alfresco dining - and a chilled glass of local rosé accompanied by the chirruping of cicadas is a wonderful way to end the day!

Bohème has three double bedrooms. The master bedroom encompasses the whole of the first floor and has been furnished with a hand-crafted, king-size four-poster bed. French doors open out onto a private terrace, with panoramic views of the golf course and the sea. A beautiful Indian temple door leads into an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, a bath, a double vanity unit and a separate WC.

The remaining two bedrooms are located on the ground floor. One is furnished with a double bed, which can be converted into twin beds - and has an en suite shower room with a WC. French doors open out to a private terrace and the pool area. The slightly smaller third bedroom is furnished with aking-size double bedand has an en suite wet-room. There is a separate WC adjacent to the bedroom. All three bedrooms have spacious built-in wardrobes with antique wood façades. The bathrooms all have walk-in showers with both overhead and low-level shower heads. Hairdryers are provided in all three bathrooms.

Studio Rental:  Our spacious, self-contained Studio suite is located below the main house. Newly converted, the Studio has private access from the parking area and can remain completely independent of the main house, if required. Created in conjunction with a local interior designer, the Studio’s large living space comprises a fully equipped kitchen zone, a comfortable dining and seating area with two sofas and a king-size bed, which can be discreetly folded away to maximise the use of the spacious living area.  Adjoining the main room is a separate luxurious en suite bathroom, which has a fitted vanity unit with an integral hand basin, a walk-in shower and a WC. The Studio also has internal access to laundry facilities.  

Sainte-Maxime has an excellent choice of gastronomic restaurants, cafés and bars - some with live music and shows. There is also a seafront casino. The area’s lovely sandy beaches are just minutes away by car, where you’ll find numerous beachside restaurants and cafés to suit all pockets The area around Sainte-Maxime is a haven for golfers - and Bohème itself is situated within theSainte-Maxime Golf Domaine. Adjacent to the clubhouse is the "Amarante Golf Plaza Hotel", with wellness facilities which include a Phytomer spa and balneary centre for relaxation.
