The Owners decided to open the doors of this privileged site to guests who are looking for a different stay in a magic place, rich in history and tradition. This residence is open to guests who are willing to enjoy an intimate and unforgettable time of wellness.

The Château de Courbelimagne dominates the Vallée du Carladez (Aveyron) at an altitude of 700m on the south side of the Plomb-du-Cantal (Natural Park of the Volcanoes of Auvergne) and profits from a remarkable southern exposure.

From the Chateau, it is easy to visit the towns of Aurillac, Salers, Saint-Flour and Chaudes-Aigues, the high mountain peaks from the Natural Regional Park of the Volcanoes of Auvergne using the mountain ridge road. Towards the north is found the remarkable Aveyron (Gorges de la Truyère et du Lot, Conques, Laguiole ...).

Our bedrooms : You will stay in spacious, charming and very comfortable Bedrooms or Suites with fire place, four poster or alcove beds in a refined and old environment. You will enjoy the gorgeous viewpoint of the Carladez valley.

Gite:

The renovation of the house was done between 2003 and 2004, with a special concern of retaining its authentic charm, both in its exterior and interior decoration. On two floors, the ground floor, includes a lounge, a fully equipped kitchen a dining area, and a dual access to the terrace (with a garden and a barbecue). On the first floor is a bedroom (2 persons), en-suite bathroom (with shower / toilet / sink), and access to loft providing a bed (1 person) mezzanine and a second bed (1 person).

Options : A cot is available on request as are a small washing machine, television, games, reading. Wood for
Scandinavian fire place. Sheets, towels and maid service on request.

Catering: Gastronomic cooking

Sophisticated Gastronomic cooking, essentially made of produce from the area, elaborated by your Hostess. Simply ask for vegetarian cooking if required.

Breakfasts : breakfast buffet including orange juice, seasonal selection of fruit, freshly brewed coffee and decaf, herbal and non-herbal teas.)

Dinner : In the evening, you will enjoy the superb wooden living room with armorial bearings from the 19th century before discovering a candle-light gastronomic dinner  in the exceptional dining room famous for its unique herbarium from 1850.

Golf Magazine Inaugurated in 1997, in the very Centre of France, lies the beautiful Cantal region of the Auvergne, which now boasts a superb 18 holes 6.897 yards par 72 course. Golf Course open from 1st April to 15th November.
