The Property

The Villa is located near Tuscania, at the heart of the Pian di Vico estate, which it overlooks, far from the noise and frenzy of everyday life. Secluded among its surrounding centuries-old olive trees, it can be glimpsed from among the pine-trees of the driveway separating it from neighbouring properties, more than 200 hectares, still producing wheat, forage crops and maize.
 
Although the main part of the Villa goes back to the eighteenth century, it was extended last century when it became the residence of the former estate owners.

Now totally remodelled, it offers a comforting welcome to persons loving peace and quiet, immersed in nature.

Rooms & Surroundings

All rooms are provided with air conditioning, own bathroom facilities, satellite TV and extra bed or cot on request.

The colors and the care taken with architectural details and furnishings in every room and surroundings provide guests with that warm and familiar hospitality that makes their stay enjoyable.

Guests may choose from a selection of nine rooms, ranging from a two-floor suite with a kitchenette, to a two-floor mansard with dormer window or a classical bedroom with full comforts, fireplace and bathroom.  Rooms sleeping two, three or four people.

The reception rooms provide relaxing areas for reading or music, and breakfast in family surroundings.

Garden and Pool

Guests may relax in a pleasant garden in the shade of green palm-trees and swim in the pool in warmer weather.

Buffet Service

On request, a cold buffet luncheon, including salads, cheeses, salami, pies and fruit, is available during the Spring and Summer months. Or there is a large choice of restaurants in Tuscania .

Golf

Tarquinia Country Club
Tarquinia Country Club is located in the centre of the residential area of Marina Velca in Maremma on the borders of Tuscany. It is a nine hole golf course built in the 1980s and another nine holes have already been designed. A favourable climate means that this course is playable all year round.

Golf Club Le Querce

Le Querce is often considered the home of Italian Golf. An elite club with 18 championship holes of very high standard - this course tests the accuracy of all but the most experienced golfers. Very hilly and tricky in places especially the first and tenth holes

The home for amateur fédéral training and the national school of golf for amateurs and professionals alike.  Over 70 practice posts and 6 practice greens, bunker and short game practice areas.
