The Podere di Toscana is an incredibly beautiful small village where nature, landscape and the precious materials used for the restoration are the ingredients of a very special holiday immersed in Tuscany history and beauties.
The Podere di Toscana Bed and Breakfast and Holiday Houses offer pleasant rooms and comfortable apartments, including outside equipped and exclusive areas together with a very cosy restaurant, available upon reservation for our house guests.
A big swimming pool with comfortable hydromassage stations, a 6 hectares variegated wood, offering equipped walking paths with exercise stations for our guests. An original garden for the organic growing of small vegetables available for you during your holiday.
The limited number of places available and the wide internal and external areas allow it to be a beautiful, very exclusive and top quality resort.
The fully equipped apartments and rooms available offer an independent air-conditioning system, satellite LCD TV, cooker, wide and beautiful bathrooms with shower and hair dryers, direct telephone, free wireless internet access, independent audio system with digital music to give you the highest comfort.
Exclusive external places offer a wide equipped barbecue area, panoramic heated swimming pool with comfortable hydromassage stations, fitness paths up to 1,200m in the relaxing atmosphere of the wood.

Very particular care and energy have been used for the restoration of the structure using exclusively hand-made top quality materials and building methods according to the Tuscan ancient traditions.
The decorations and the frescoes recall the typical symbols of the Tuscan art, aiming at creating also inside that typical atmosphere of the worldwide known Italian art.
We have used a particular care taking into consideration the energy saving and air-conditioning aspects, by installing a big solar panel plant.

Bed and Breakfast, Holidays House, Podere di Toscana is situated in the picturesque landscape of Montalbano Tuscany's hills, in the smart village of Serravalle Pistoiese. Only 6 km from the exit of Pistoia, 30 km from the center of Florence, 30 km from the town of Lucca, a 45 hm from the center of Pisa in addition to important smaller towns like Vinci birthplace of the great Leonardo Da Vinci.

Immersed in the Tuscan countryside, the Montecatini Golf Club is an 18 hole golf course of natural beauty that has been built in the hilly countryside. The player is faced with many natural hazards such as lakes, streams, forests, and ditches which have been formed as part of the natural contours of the land. As well, the course features many dog legs and the greens are very fast and are also undulating, putting the best golfer's skill to the test.
The Golf Club Fontevivo is in the outskirts of San Miniato, an old small town with important Romanesque and renaissance monuments. You can reach it from the highway Firenze-Pisa going out at San Miniato and following the road signs to Fontevivo Tennis and Golf. Apart from the course with 9 holes there is a driving range, tennis courts, a bar and a restaurant which specializes in fish dishes.
Designed by Arnold Palmer, the wonderful landscape of Le Pavoniere makes this a lovely course to play. The Arnold Palmer designed course features hazards that are cleverly brought into play. The fairways are slightly rolling, and the course is surrounded by holm-oak woods, cluster pines and cypresses. Very long fairways and undulating greens are the features of the course
