This converted farmhouse offers a variety of outdoor areas to dine al fresco with a bbq , take in the view from the infinity pool or enjoy the splendid rockery garden.

Nestled in a tiny borgo at the back of the chic world famous town of Forte dei Marmi. A great place to relax whilst enjoying a 180° panoramic view from Livorno, Corsica to the five lands.  Easy access, 10 minutes from the A12 autostrada exit, five minutes in the car to the golden beaches, great designer boutiques, fish restaurants and lovely caffes in pretty squares.

All mod cons in the house to make the most of every minute of your stay, from satellite TV (BBC,CNN,Sky news) , good hi fi system, flat screen TV, pool house with shower , fridge w.c.and washing facilities in the pool area.

The pool also has an automaized cover and can be heated on request outside of summertime months.  Entrance to the Villa is via a tiny road in the Borgo, private remote control gates lead to a parking area that holds up to three cars.

Steps from the car park then lead to the large panoramic terrace with covered porch on two sides of the living area. There are two sets of french windows leading out from the lounge and kitchen to this covered veranda to make the most of the outdoors.

Ground Floor: Comfortable living area with armchairs, fully fitted and equipped modern kitchen area including a dishwasher, dining table and chairs, storage room and service room (w.c. and sink).

First floor: Large mosaic bathroom with wide shower and bath, a first bedroom has a single bed with a proper pull out additional mattress, follwed by a double bedroom, then a twin bedroom, each room has lovely views of the valley. All these rooms have parquet flooring and wooden beam ceilings. At the bottom of the corridor there is a shower room.Air con throughout.

The owners have furnished the house with a good mixture of ultra modern with some art deco pieces to finish off.

From the first floor there is access out to the terrace behind the property for the pool and the pool house with w.c., shower, fridge and washing machine, plus a marble sink for rinsing costumes through.The sun loungers around the pool sit amongst lemon trees in terracotta vases.

The terrace above the pool is a fine example of a very extensive herb garden, amongst this wonderful array of mediterranean herbs one can sit, on a purposely positioned wooden bench and take in the most wonderful sunsets.

The Versilia Golf Club is an island in full bloom extending on the territories of Pietrasanta, Forte dei Marmi and Montignoso. A matchless landscape that fascinated the regular customers of the Versilia Golf Club, who, even if playing a few hundred meters away from the sea, take advantage of the Apuan Alps peaks and use them as a “target” for their own tee shot
