Kilmory provides high quality bed and breakfast accommodation in a restful setting. The house commands magnificent views over the Firth of Forth, and is within easy walking distance of the golf courses, the beach, and local services.

Gullane is one of East Lothian’s most picturesque villages. Many excellent eating establishments, combined with wonderful sandy beaches, and numerous fine golf courses make this an idyllic short break location.

Whether you spend time playing golf, exploring the countryside, going to wildlife sanctuaries and historic buildings, visiting Edinburgh’s world heritage sites, or just relaxing on the beach, you are assured of a warm welcome.

The owners, Margaret and Peter, have lived at Kilmory for almost 40 years, love Gullane and the surrounding area and would like you to come and see why.

Kilmory has three letting bedrooms:

One family room with en-suite shower room

One double room with en-suite shower room

One single room

All rooms are fully equipped with a TV, hair dryer and radio alarm. Ironing, drying and microwave facilities are available on request. Kilmory also has a guest lounge complete with tea and coffee making facilities.

Accommodation is inclusive of full Scottish breakfast. Special dietary requirements can be catered for – please let us know in advance.

Gullane is a beautiful costal village in the heart of East Lothian Golfing Country.

There are superb facilities for golfing, walking, kite boarding horse riding and more, together with internationally renowned bird sanctuaries and much historical and cultural interest. Gullane is approximately 30 minutes drive from Edinburgh, has good bus and rail services from nearby Drem and Longniddry. There are many good restaurants and eating establishments in Gullane and the surrounding area.

The Gullane Golf Club

Gullane Golf Club in East Lothian, Scotland offers championship quality links golf courses with dramatic views across the Firth of Forth to Edinburgh and Fife. The three golf courses do not have names but simply numbers which reflect their age.

The eighteen holes of Gullane No.1 Course were established in 1884. The well maintained greens, links grasses, numerous bunkers and sea breezes make a unique challenge for the serious golfer.

Gullane No.2 Course was built in 1898 and the first and last holes of the course are on the east side of the A198 road. The Course runs alongside No.1 for the first seven holes and then sweeps down to the nature reserve next to Aberlady Bay, before turning back towards the Visitors' Clubhouse

Gullane No.3 Course was completed in 1910, with the first three and last three holes on the east side of the A198 road. The remaining holes are on the South side of Gullane Hill with excellent views across Aberlady Bay to Edinburgh and the Firth of Forth.
