This fabulous, spacious villa is just a few minutes walk from sandy beaches and the bustling yacht marina of Benalmadena. Situated in a quiet residential cul-de-sac, yet close to shops, restaurants, bars and many attractions.

The villa is fully equipped to a high standard and has many special features. There is a private pool which can be heated if requested; games room with pool table; jacuzzi; secluded roof top solarium; BBQ; table tennis; dartboard; large comfortable living areas; and patios and terraces with either sun or shade. Portable air-con is provided in the hot summer months.

The villa is in a perfect location to enjoy the beach and bustling yacht marina, and yet secluded enough for peace and quiet when wanted. The road is purely residential and on a level walk to the supermarket, shops, a pharmacy, restaurants and bars.

The rooms are light and spacious. There are five bedroom and three bathrooms. The master suite bathroom has a large jacuzzi and a secluded roof top solarium leading from the bedroom. The other bedrooms provide a choice of sleeping arrangements, either twins, double or bunk beds.

The games room has a selection of games and, most popular, a pool table. An enjoyable way to pass the evenings with family and friends! Or, if you prefer, you can watch Satellite TV, a DVD or listen to the hi-fi in the 45sqm lounge, which has French doors opening to a 40ft terrace overlooking the Roman style swimming pool.

The gardens around the pool have plenty space for sun loungers and the courtyard is the perfect place to barbecue your evening meal or enjoy a game of table tennis!

The kitchen is fully fitted with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, hob, oven, etc.. There is a portable air conditioning unit for use the summer period.

Golf Torrequebrada 18-hole golf course:
One of the toughest on the Costa del Sol, known locally as "the Beast". Torrequebrada dares you to 'take it on'. Many water hazards, large bunkers and unique greens make it a hard track, oh yes, then there's the wind! The are 8 dog legs which makes this golf course a very technical challenge. The 18 holes of Golf Torrequebrada are situated between the mediterranean sea and the mountains. It is rich in tropical vegatation and birds. The large number of lakes and strategic placed bunkers, every hole is a different experience for the player.

La Cala Golf Cllub
La Cala golf club features three breathtaking 18 hole courses in a spectacular setting. La Cala North (Par 73) is a very hilly and spectacular golf course often with great height differences between tee and green which has been designed to use the natural features of the terrain to challenging effect. La Cala South (Par 72) golf course is slightly flatter and easier than the North course but still challenging for all levels of golfer. On this tighter, slightly shorter golf course, accuracy is rewarded rather than the long drive. The brand new Campo Europa Course (Par 71) will offer similar challenges to the other La Cala golf courses but has advantages for the average golfer. The fairways are more generous from the tees and the greens are slightly larger than on the other two golf courses. The scenery is no less dramatic with the river Ojen playing a part in eight holes and cutting accross three fairways.

Alhaurin Golf Course
Visiting golfers will find themselves spoilt for choice, for there are 45 holes in all, 27 which were designed by Seve Ballesteros. There is an 18 hole full length course, a nine-hole short course and also the only 18-hole par three course in Andalucia.

Mijas Golf Course
Los Olives - Designed by Robert Trent Senior, the main feature which distinguishes this course from The Lakes is the abundance of trees – hence the name – and its smaller size, as well as fewer water hazards. Los Olivos is strategic narrow tree lined fairways and elevated greens.
Los Lagos - With its 6,367 metres, this course is the longer of the two which comprise of Mijas Golf. Designed by Robert Trent Jones Senior, Los Lagos is a ground course with wide fairways and a few forest trees obstacles, but is defended by many bunkers and nine lakes, from which the course gets its name and which easily trap the ball. It is a course with soft movement and large greens.
