Our home is based in the community of Orange Tree on Highway 27 which is 2 ¼ miles North of US192. It is easy to find with no difficult turns. This community has side walks (footpaths), street lights, children's play area, tennis courts, basketball courts and a soccer field. All this set amongst lovely orange groves.

Our home has 5 Bedrooms and 4 Bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. There are two areas for relaxing, the Living room and the Family room. There is also a large open plan Kitchen with breakfast area as well as a separate Dining room.

Our home has a large private pool with spa.  Our home is fully air conditioned for your comfort.

The Holiday Home

The spacious family room is lavishly furnished with two and three seater sofas as well as an armchair. This room is completed with cable TV, VCR and DVD player. From here patio doors lead to the pool area. The living room has 2 sofas and an armchair to relax in. The three seater sofa converts to a queen size bed. There is a CD player for your enjoyment. This area is ideal if you want a bit of peace and relaxation.

The kitchen is beautifully fitted with the latest equipment including full cooker and hob, built in microwave oven, American fridge/freezer (with icemaker and iced water dispenser), dishwasher, double sink with waste disposal unit and vegetable spray. There is also a coffee maker, blender, toaster and all utensils required to cook a gourmet meal should you wish. There is also a supply of plastic tableware and glasses for dining al fresco.
 

Off the kitchen is a separate laundry room with family sized washing machine and separate dryer. There is also an iron and ironing board to remind you of home.

Our home has 5 bedrooms. There are 2 Master suites, one with a King size bed and one with a Queen size bed, each having access to the pool area through patio doors. Each of these bedrooms has its own private en-suite bathroom with garden tub (bath), large walk in shower, His & Hers sinks and toilet. There are 3 further bedrooms. One has a double bed with en-suite shower room with a large walk in shower. From this shower room there is a door which has access to the pool area. There are two further bedrooms each with twin beds. These two bedrooms are served by a further bathroom which is situated between the two bedrooms. This bathroom has a bath with shower over, sink and toilet.

Every bedroom has a TV. There is also a Playstation 2 to keep the children happy.
Each bedroom has fitted wardrobes (closets) providing ample space for hanging your clothes.
There are several hair dryers available in the house.
All bed linen and towels are provided.

The fully screened pool area is reached through patio doors from both Master bedrooms as well as from the Family room and Nook. Also the pool can be reached via a door from the shower room en-suite to the double bedroom. The pool, 30 feet by 15 feet, is larger than average. Heating is available for both the pool and spa and there is underwater lighting for night-time bathing. The spacious deck area offers space to sun bathe and the large covered patio (lanai) allows you to eat and sit in the shade. This area is perfect for taking a relaxing day away from the Theme Parks.

The games room is housed in the garage and contains pool/air hockey table and football table.

Our villa is approximately 15 minutes drive from Disneys main gate. Within a few minutes drive are 24 hour gas stations, supermarkets and restaurants. Several recreation facilities can be found locally such as Minneola City Park, Clermont Chain of Lakes and several golf courses such as Orange Lake Country Club (public) and Falcons Fire (public).
