Our spacious 3 bed/2 bath villa is situated in the quiet community of Eagle Pointe, Kissimmee, just off Poinciana Boulevard. It is set in a peaceful location within the countryside, but still close to all major attractions of the area, with Disney World being 12 minutes away. Highway 192 with its many attractions, restaurants, shops and golf, including a large 24-hour Wal-Mart store is only a few minutes drive away.

Our villa sleeps 6/8 comfortably and is fully air-conditioned with a heated south-facing pool and covered lanai which overlooks a beautiful, tranquil lake and conservation area, where you can relax and watch the wildlife or even try to catch a fish.

You can enjoy complete privacy as you will not be overlooked by any other villas. And as it is close to all the Disney attractions it enables you to go back to the villa to relax, enjoy a leisurely swim and a meal before returning to the parks in the evening to watch the parades and magical displays of fireworks.
