Luxurious 5 bedroom family villa in the heart of Florida  - Orange Tree Estate

Our stunning villa is situated on the exclusive Orange Tree community which is to the west of Disney on highway 27 2.5 miles to the north of the famous 192. It is a 15 minutes drive to Disney and 30 minutes to Universal and within 5 minutes there are shops, restaurants, supermarkets and several CHAMPIONSHIP GOLF Courses.

Our luxury 5 bedroom 4 bathroom villa is fully air conditioned and sleeps upto 12 people. It has 2 master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and 1 double bedroom with an adjoining bathroom. There are 2 twin bedded rooms which share a bathroom. There is a safe for the storing of valuables. Both masters have direct access to the pool area. All bedrooms have cable TV. All bed linen and towels are provided. For the very young there is a crib, highchair and stroller.

The light and spacious lounge overlooks the south west facing pool and is equipped with 2 sofas (one is a queen sleeper sofa), armchair, cable TV, DVD, and stereo system. The formal dining area has seating for 6. The kitchen has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Adjoining the kitchen is the breakfast nook with seating for 4.

The large lanai provides plenty of shade especially for small children and there is a safety screen between the lanai and pool to keep the little ones away from the water but can be moved for access to the pool. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers and a table and chairs for dining alfresco in the evenings.

Within the peaceful Orange Tree community there is a 5 acre park where you will find a soccer pitch, tennis courts, basketball court and a children’s play area. The community is surrounded by a conservation area and orange groves.

Golf:

Highlands Reserve Golf Club is less then 10 minutes away and boasts over 120 feet of elevation changes, making it one of the few hilly courses around. Most of the courses are open to the public, requiring no membership, only the payment of green fees

Legends Golf and Country Club

This beautifully manicured 18 hole course stretches 6911 yards from the gold tees and is a test of any golfer's skills at a par 72. This course is destined to continue to be recognized as one of Florida's finest courses.

Kings Ridge:
Imagine golf heaven -- rolling greens and lush fairways spreading out in every direction under the warmth of sunshine from sunrise-to-sunset. Our challenging and well-maintained fairways and manicured greens offer a new and interesting golfing experience with every round. There are two great courses from which to choose; the original Lloyd Clifton Par 70 course, designated as the Ridge Course, and the very exciting Ron Garl designed Par 57 Ridge Course.

Mystic Dunes:
Greens reminiscent of Augusta National, par fours that rival in length to some of the longest seen in Professional Major Championships, and a diabolical quartet of par threes that seem to get more intense as the round progresses are just some of the outstanding features on this 7,012 yard, Par 71 track. Meticulous course conditioning guarantees superior playing conditions year-round with special attention given to the greens.

Falcons Fire:
This championship golf course features classic architecture, an exquisitely maintained course and year round playing conditions.
