Our Florida Golf Vacation Villa is located on the golfing community of Highlands Reserve only minutes away from the Walt Disney World Resorts. The villa is a spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom with ample living and sleeping space for up to 8 people and it is fully air conditioned and heated throughout. The villa has a screened pool and deck area for your enjoyment. It features FREE broadband Internet access along with FREE calls to anywhere within the USA.

Tiggers villa is about half an hours drive from Orlando International and approx fifty five minutes from Sanford using 417 toll. The villa is close to nearby shops and restaurants with the new 'Berry Town Center' offering all of these amenities including a Publix supermarket. Also located within a short drive is a Super Wal Mart offering 24 hour shopping.

As you approach the villa from the street, park off road in front of the double garage doors, open the front door using the security key pad and enter the front vestibule, isolate the alarm system and the villa is yours to enjoy.

LOUNGE & DINING ROOM. Use the lounge if you need peace and quiet to read, sip a 'Sundowner' (G&T) or remember what a great day you have just had and how good tomorrow is going to be. The dining table is fully set for six people should you wish to have a more formal meal with family or friends.

'AMERICAN' KITCHEN The kitchen is fully fitted with full electric range and hob, microwave and tower fridge freezer with the all important ice machine. Every thing you may need for preparing a family meal has been catered for, there is even a dishwasher so no washing up.

The laundry room is equipped with a automatic washing machine and tumble drier, an iron and board are also available.

FAMILY ROOM with twin settees, large screen HDTV, DVD player, CD radio with a large collection of music, children's board games and a collection of books. The family room overlooks the SUN DECK & POOL. This is accessed via the sliding patio doors (alarmed for safety) and a removable child safety screen in front of the pool. The pool can be heated if required (separate charge) There are sun loungers, chairs, drinks table, foot stools and dining table. The deck area is fully screened and there is a gazebo for added shade if required.

MASTER bedroom with a QUEEN bed, there is also a flat-screen TV, phone and alarm clock radio. Off the bedroom is the master ENSUITE with corner bath, walk in shower, toilet and his & hers vanity unit

Two twin bedded rooms, Disney themed, in the quiet room (no TV) is Winnie the Pooh and the other Mickey & Minnie,in this room the beds can be joined to form a KING if required. .The two bedrooms share their own bathroom with vanity unit, over-bath shower.

Second master bedroom is a DOUBLE bedroom with phone and TV with ENSUITE shower room.
Fully fitted GAMES ROOM complete with full size SLATE BED POOL TABLE, AIR HOCKEY TABLE, FOOSBALL & ELECTRONIC DARTBOARD also a gaming table with POKER and other card games and exercise bike.

The villa is fully air conditioned, in the winter the unit can be switched to blow warm air, there are also ceiling and free standing fans throughout the villa. The villa will have been cleaned prior to your arrival by our on site MANAGEMENT CO. who provide assistance and emergency assistance 24 hours. Each bedroom is supplied with its own change of bedding, pillows, blankets and towels for your stay. If you have toddlers there is also a travel cot, stroller and high chair.
